Please note, pre-owned or items purchased through eBay or other 3rd party stores are not covered by this warranty.

Whilst our electrical products are made with the highest quality materials, there unfortunately may be occasions when some items may need to be replaced. If an electrical item is replaced, this product will still be covered by our warranty, however the warranty will commence from the purchase date of the original item and not when the replacement is received.
